About the Role:
- Group has locations in Wilmington, Newark, Dover, and Middletown. Very close to Philadelphia.
- General and surgical dermatology, Cosmetic Procedures, Plastic Surgery
- Spa & Laser Center with Nurse injectors and 4 aestheticians.
- Our facility combines an alluring spa atmosphere and concierge service with clinical expertise for all your beauty and skincare needs.
- Integrated medical, cosmetic, surgical and aesthetic expertise with the highest standards of care and compassion.
- General Dermatology Care
- Opportunity for surgical procedures available
- Option for 3 or 4 day work week.
- No weekends - patient hours
- 27 Hours of Clinical Care per Week. 9 Hour days with 5-6 patients per hour.
- NO Hospital call for dermatologist
- Office on-call every 18 weeks for dermatologists
- EHR: EMA
- 2-3 year partnership track

- Base Salary: $350,000
- Production Incentive 40% of collections after producing $875,000

Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Ability to hold and maintain Delaware State License
