Allina Health is seeking Dermatologists to join our Medicine Specialties Clinical Service Line and support the continued growth in Dermatology.


Practice Specifics:

Responsible for direct patient care by reviewing patient's medical history while collecting, prioritizing, and synthesizing comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families. Provides specialized care to patients with diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with benign and malignant disorders of the integumentary system.

  • Excellent referral base from 400+ primary providers
  • 17 Dermatology providers within the Medicine Specialties Clinical Service Line and looking to add more.
  • One Mohs surgeon and looking to add more
  • Collaborative team with well-trained support staff

  • Flexibility to decide between salaried or productivity compensation model.
  • All newly hired Dermatologists have outproduced their salary guarantee early to successfully transition into the production model.

Requirements:
  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
  • Board Certified or Board eligible in Dermatology
  • Active MN license (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing
  • BLS/ACLS required wtihin 180 days of hire
  • Pay range $460k to $540k
