The Deputy Program Manager provides support to the Program Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of prime and sub programs. This role involves oversight of operational processes, resource allocation, and ensuring program deliverables meet customer requirements. The Deputy Program Manager ensures effective communication, compliance with policies, and continuous progress toward goals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in overseeing projects, ensuring streamlined operations, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely, fostering effective collaboration across diverse organizational groups. You'd like to do this: Oversee daily program operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, timekeeping, and subcontracting. Prepare and present approval requests, status reports, and program updates. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations. Support the Program Manager in managing resources, including budgeting, staffing, and procurement. Act as a backup for the Program Manager in their absence. You're required to have this: 3 or more years experience in Program/Project Management. Strong knowledge of MPO contracts. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: $75,000 - 160,000 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
