Deputy Manager - Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation

We're looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to lead, inspire, and support our teams across Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes.

You'll work alongside the Registered Manager, championing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and building strong partnerships with key agencies in education, health, and policing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong leadership presence and a deep understanding of safeguarding, relational practice, and regulatory frameworks.

The nature of this role means that you will work on a rota basis covering evenings and weekends routinely with a pattern of working one weekend in every four- patterns covering 09:30am - 20:00pm.
