Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Friendly, customer-first demeanor with eagerness to assist others

• Responsible, reliable, and accountable.

• Use ServiceNow to keep track of hardware assets

• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge with the strong desire to learn

• Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, email, and internal customer requests for technical support

• Supply, break/fix end user machines such as laptops and desktops

• Maintain hardware inventory

• Ship and receive end user machines and computer peripherals for new employee onboarding and offboarding respectively, keep a stock of the same

• Laptop imagine and preparation prior to new employee joining date

• Proactive replacement of warranty ended hardware and refurbished machines

• Strictly adhering to the defined process and 100% quality required
