Job Summary:
We are seeking a Depot Mgmt - Tech Support with 2 to 5 years of experience in Desktop Support. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring seamless operations.
Required Skills:
1. Very good in excel sheet skills.
2. Understanding of Asset management and working with Factories and Users for asset tracking in excel and updating CMDB. Scheduling asset updations as per need
3. Should be very good in Coordination with vendors, internal team, customers and different parties
Responsibilities:
• We need a real-time program that will allow for a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production schedule to be auto generated.
Note: here production schedule means Depot mgmt related laptops/desktop supply mgmt asset production schedule.
• This will pull from a defined query of EOL assets, today this is managed via Excel, we need to have this data always live
• This program needs to understand what device the customer currently has (Model, Manufacture, SSD total size, RAM on the device, and processor), if it is eligible for EOL, and is a device upgrade in process.
• We need to ensure the old device is replaced in 60 days
• We need to ensure that we know a machine was sent to the right location and if it was used for that individual
• We must also know what inventory is available from '9000 JDIS Config Center New' as this is the inventory that is available to ship to customers.
• In addition, any inventory that is not in reserved status in edge stockrooms that is less than 18 months old can be used for EOL.
• We need to understand the % complete by edge PM, based off the original FY25 budget
• Once a machine is purchased and deployed, it must be marked as completed
• Interaction with Edge to adjust production schedules based on their needs
• Ability to manage exceptions to the process as we will have some flex availability
• Coordinate with Rhiannon to help build ordering
• Generate weekly progress reports to ensure we are on track to hit the 100% program goal
• Presentations to manager on status and reports for our edge group to ensure that we have the right work at the right time for the ops team to do week over week

• Strong understanding of geospatial applications and desktop support.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating geospatial databases.
• Ability to develop and implement best practices for data management.
• Experience in integrating geospatial data with other systems.
• Capability to conduct regular system checks and maintenance.
• Strong documentation skills for support processes.
• Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
• Ability to monitor and respond to support requests promptly.
