POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations Card team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Effectively prioritize internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire Bank
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries by phone or email
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers
  • Prepare and mail various daily notices
  • Place Debit and Credit card orders, handle card maintenance & disputes
  • Ability to understand and execute risk assessment processes - Process Visa CAMS / Cardtracker alerts
  • Prepare and review multiple reports and logs - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
  • Support Branch requests - Card denial troubleshooting, Card Valet troubleshooting, various research, general card related questions
  • Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes and procedures
  • Review current processes, make recommendations for improvement
  • Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requested

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior back office support in a financial institution a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks
  • Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes
  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills
COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.

SCHEDULE

The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and rotating 5:15pm monthly late shift.
