Job Summary: The Deployment Administrator is responsible for managing the ordering and delivery of goods and services for IONNA Deployment Projects while in the Development Stage. This role involves coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process and manage orders from initiation to delivery, buying professional services and managing change orders. Ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and ensure timely delivery while managing internal stakeholders effectively.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track the status of orders and deliveries, providing regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders and deliveries promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in order management & procurement -preferably in a project-based environment.
- Experienced working within Salesforce
- Strong understanding of vendor compliance and contract management.
- Experience in land development due diligence activities is preferred.

- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Strong communication skills for negotiating and maintaining supplier relationships
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve discrepancies or delays in procurement.

- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with teams and stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with land surveys, environmental assessments and title reports
