We encourage all interested parties to apply today Job Overview: As a department manager at Hart2Hart, Inc., you will be responsible for the development of employees in your department, ensure your department is compliant with McDonaldu2019s standards and government regulations, and ensure your department is delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. Wage: The wage for a department manager at Hart2Hart, Inc. starts at $18.00/hr with bonus opportunities. Essential Duties: u00b7 Manage a team of employees which includes scheduling shifts, delegating duties, and ensure training is up to date. u00b7 Ensure customers are satisfied with service and quality, which includes addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner. u00b7 Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonaldu2019s quality standards and adheres to all safety and sanitation guidelines. u00b7 Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. u00b7 Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory. u00b7 Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers. u00b7 Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers. u00b7 Responsible for the development of employees, which includes providing feedback on their performance, and coaching them to improve their skills. u00b7 Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc. Physical Requirements: u00b7 Must be able to remain stationary during peak hours. u00b7 Ability to move positions when instructed. u00b7 Ability to move boxes up to 50lbs. u00b7 Ability to position self to safely obtain product from low places. u00b7 Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. u00b7 Ability to observe the work environment. u00b7 Exposure to high and low temperatures. Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum 18 years old. u00b7 Must be serve safe certified. u00b7 Must have completed one department manager training. u00b7 Must have completed developing the leader in me, class. u00b7 Available to work a minimum of 35hrs/week. u00b7 Strong leadership skills. u00b7 Must have reliable transportation. u00b7 Must be permitted to work in the US. u00b7 Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays. u00b7 Prior experience in a management role is a plus, but not required.
