Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include the following:
- Keeping records and documents; managing change orders, acquiring building permits, processing necessary project documents.
- Updating and enforcing project schedules.
- Compiling documentation for preparation and maintenance manuals, physically inspecting projects to monitor progress and compliance with project standards.
Profile
Minimum Qualifications for a Construction Project Manager are:
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have a minimum of 4 years in the multifamily construction industry.
- Must have experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or construction Engineering related field.
