- No in-house sedation or lab work; collaborates with preferred external labs.
- Fully staffed with hygienists and support team.
- Treats patients of all ages; specialized cases referred out.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Uses Dentrix Acend software .
- Ideal for newer dentists; current doctors are keen to mentor.
Compensation Overview
- Tiered compensation based on collections, starting at 32% with potential to increase.
- Daily minimum guarantee during onboarding.
- Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K , Malpractice liability, annual association dues, online Spears education , and license fee coverage.
- Signing bonus including relocation assistance; repayment provisions if leaving early.
- PTO available after the guarantee period.
