About the Position:
A well-established, high-volume dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its team in Portsmouth, Virginia. Location: Portsmouth, VA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Treatment Rooms: 7 fully equipped operatories
Team Structure: Collaborate with 1 other experienced Dentist and a dedicated support staff
Scope of Practice: Full-scope general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
Experience Required: Clinical experience is required
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: 32% of collections
Lab Fees: All lab fees are fully covered by the practice
Equity Opportunity: Once monthly collections reach $60,000 or annual collections reach $750,000, dentists are eligible to earn equity in their location full details will be shared during the interview process
