Dentist Director

Job Details:

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network , has a need for a Clinical Director with a well-established DSO. Located in a suburb of Lansing, Michigan.
The Clinical Director will work alongside one dentist and orthodontist
4 day work week.
Major PPO and FFS
High daily guarantee with 35% collections

Duties
Lead and manage the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including JCAHO standards.
Oversee the quality assurance program to monitor patient outcomes and improve service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and optimize operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical personnel and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare management.

Experience
A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
Proven experience in medical management and healthcare management practices.
Strong understanding of JCAHO accreditation processes and standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A valid nursing or medical license is preferred but not mandatory depending on the specific healthcare setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
