As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a diverse group of dental practices within our network. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will utilize your expertise and experience to ensure that our practices deliver outstanding patient care while achieving operational goals. This position requires a commitment to travel to the offices, allowing you to engage with teams directly, assess their operations, and implement best practices across the region.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and support to multiple dental practices, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with practice managers and staff to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Foster a culture of leadership development within your region, mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate their skills and professional growth.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, facilitating timely interventions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with practice leaders, promoting a supportive environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring that all practices meet the highest standards of quality and patient care.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and operational effectiveness, including implementing new technologies and processes.
  • Plan and coordinate regular meetings and training sessions for practice teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information necessary to achieve their goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional operations role, supporting multiple practices in a healthcare or dental environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational excellence initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators to track and enhance practice performance.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop effective teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, able to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Skilled in the recruitment and retention of medical professionals, with a focus on aligning candidates with the organization's core values and culture.
  • Willingness to travel to engage with practices and support their operations.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
