Specific Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

  • Act as a liaison between the practice and patients, handling patient complaints and explaining office policies as needed.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction through regular feedback surveys.
  • Assist with insurance claims, scheduling, collections, and other administrative duties as required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Hourly Pay with a generous bonus plan.
  • Comprehensive Benefits including a PPO medical plan, in-house dental plan, vision, STD/LTD, company-paid life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and a matching 401K.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time, Monday-Friday hours.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and career advancement.
