Chapin Dental Associates is a privately owned, patient-centered dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to lead our team and support the continued growth of our practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities and a passion for team development. While dental experience is a plus, it's not required-we're looking for a natural leader who can motivate, manage, and elevate our team and operations.

- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the front office runs smoothly, including scheduling, patient communications, and overall workflow.
- Drive Efficiency: Streamline systems and processes to maximize productivity and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
- Manage Financials: Oversee billing, collections, and insurance coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle HR Duties: Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members while promoting accountability and professional growth.
- Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in office management or team leadership, ideally in a healthcare or customer-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both staff and patients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with office software; familiarity with dental practice management systems is a plus but not required
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to help others
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office
- Understanding of dental insurance, billing, or patient scheduling systems
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Health benefits and paid time off
- A supportive, respectful, and team-driven work culture
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- A chance to be a key leader in a growing, patient-focused practice
