4 Day Workweek

Naylors Court Dental Partners is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist for our office located in Pikesville, MD 21208. The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction, while operating in a team based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier oral health care, enhancing patients' quality of life, and building lasting relationships within the community. Schedule:

Monday (7:45-5:00)

Tuesday (6:50-12:00)

Wednesday (7:45-5:00)

Thursday (7:45-5:00)

Part-time employment will be considered as well.

Full-time employment offers:
$55-$57 per hour

Naylors Court Dental Partners is a well established, success, dental practice with a team of doctors that have been in the practice for over 20 years. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads.

We understand technology continues to improve, and we strive to keep up with the latest technology, for the benefits of our patients, as well as our hygienists. At our state-of-the-art facility, we're currently utilizing Itero Scanners, laser therapy and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future. Previous experience working as a hygienist is always great, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license in the state of MD. New Hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
