Taheri Dental Group is growing and we're looking for a stand-out Dental Hygienist to work at our office located in Manassas, VA 20109. This is a Full-time position with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 4 PM (with a lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM), and Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM (There is flexibility with start and end times in the schedule). We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate must have an active hygiene license for the state of Virginia. Our Manassas office is conveniently located on Crestwood Drive, near the Manassas Mall and just off Sudley Road. It is easily accessible from the Sudley, West Gate, Ashton Glen, Brostow, Uniontown, Groveton, Gainesville, Woodlawn Meadows, and Yorkshire communities, all within a 15-minute drive.

Pay: $57-$60/hour

License/Certification:
VA Hygienist License (Required)

Training:
Guided Biofilm Technology available
Laser Training

Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care

Skills:
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices
- Competence in using Epic and CAD systems
- Ability to assist in various dental procedures
- Understanding of medical records management
- Previous experience in dental assisting

Qualifications:
- Active Dental Hygiene license in Virginia
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
