Dental Hygienist

VA Smiles is looking for a Dental Hygienist in Fredericksburg, Virginia , to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team based environment.

Position Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high- quality dental care through comprehensive oral health services and patient education. Pay: $50 - $55 per hour plus monthly incentive bonus
Mon-Wed 8-5, Friday 8-3
60 minute appointments

Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
X-Ray certified
