New grad RN positions available with varied shifts and patient populations at a private behavioral health organization in Brookline, MA. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care, group therapy, and trauma-informed care. Qualifications include MA nursing license, BSN preferred, and CPR certification. Essential functions include individualized nursing care, documentation, maintaining a safe environment, and providing trauma-informed care. Essential competencies include knowledge of bio-psychosocial factors, psychotropic medications, and ability to relate to team members.
