Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS.
- Monday: 7:45 - 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:45am- 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:45am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities The
Dental Front Office Coordinator should:
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Present treatment plans and collect payments
- Arrange payment plans for patients
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification
- Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically
- Knowledgeable or willingness to learn A&R for 30/60/90 aging claims
- Manage special events and giveaways
- Comfortable creating content and post to social media several times a month
Qualifications- Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed.
- Dental Experience not required- we can teach you.
- 1-2 years in a sales roles required
- Experience creating and managing social medica content
- A passion for branding.
