Client Success Associate - Digital Dentistry

ABOUT THE ROLE
At Incisive, we're transforming how dental practices adopt and scale digital dentistry. As a Client Success Associate, you'll be on the front lines-supporting dental clients as they integrate digital workflows and utilize our lab network.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with experience in dental technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for dental practices via phone and email.
- Manage questions related to orders, scanbodies, lab fulfillment, training, and general support.
- Troubleshoot software issues; escalate to 3Shape support when needed.
- Coordinate and track equipment replacements.
- Monitor usage metrics like scan time and out-of-network volume.
- Identify usage gaps or drop-offs and flag clients for follow-up or retraining.
- Share data insights with the Client Success and Training teams.
- 3Shape Dashboard
- Excel, Outlook/Gmail
- CRM & Support Issue Logs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in dentistry, a client facing role
- Familiarity with intraoral scanners, especially 3Shape
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate into action
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a hybrid position with flexible hours and regular virtual interaction with clients and internal teams. Must be comfortable with self-direction, screen sharing, and proactive outreach.
