We are growing and looking for a part-time Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and high-performing team on Mondays and Fridays, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a boutique practice environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, personalized patient care.


Part Time: Mondays and Fridays 7:30am - 5:00pm


Responsibilities

  • Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
  • Prepare and maintain operatory and sterilization areas
  • Take high-quality dental radiographs and digital impressions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and procedural expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Dental assisting experience

Preferred Skills

  • Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
  • Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
  • Experience with or willingness to learn surgical periodontal procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting

The starting salary range for this role is $24-28 per hour based on full-time employment.
