Mova Dental, a brand-new, independently owned dental office in Framingham, MA, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven, organized, and experienced dental assistant to help build and lead our back office as the practice expands. Portuguese or Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in multi-faceted, bread-and-butter dentistry procedures, including root canals and digital scanning for crowns.
- Manage back office compliance, including:
- Monthly autoclave maintenance.
- Quarterly water line bleaching and testing.
- Dental supply ordering and inventory management.
- Support and mentor clinical team members to ensure efficiency and compliance with protocols.
- Ensure sterilization protocols and aseptic techniques are consistently followed.
- Oversee clinical operations, including:
- Patient scheduling and treatment workflow.
- Coordination with front desk and dental providers to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide leadership and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a multi-specialty or general dental setting.
- Experience with digital scanning for crowns (e.g., iTero or similar systems).
- Familiarity with dental assisting in general restorative and root canal procedures.
- Proven ability to manage dental back office compliance and clinical operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Portuguese and Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.
- Cerec experience
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience).

Work Schedule
- Part-time initially:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:30 AM-3:00 PM.
