What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, leveraging conferences, webinars, field events, and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline through creative and effective marketing programs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee the planning and management of conferences and field events, including pre-event promotion, engaging onsite presence, and impactful post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch and optimize webinars, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.
  • Engage in product marketing efforts to ensure cohesive messaging, themes, and positioning throughout all programs.
  • Utilize data to report on pipeline and revenue impact, continuously refining strategies for optimal results.
  • Step into a leadership role as we expand, contributing to the growth of our marketing team and function.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will take full ownership, not just in crafting strategies but also in executing impactful programs.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in managing conference booths, sponsorships, or hosting events.
  • Strong background in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing.
  • Exposure to product marketing with a knack for collaborating on compelling messaging and customer narratives.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, showcasing versatility.
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Prior experience in an early-stage or startup setting.
