The Role


We're seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive our demand generation strategy and execution. You'll own our full-funnel approach, working across paid, organic, inbound, and outbound channels to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our demand generation strategy, including campaign development, execution, and measurement
  • Own revenue marketing targets and collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Build and optimize marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency
  • Oversee agency relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Use our analytics platform to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance
  • Collaborate closely with sales (BDRs and AEs) and customer success to create campaigns that support the full customer lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of combined marketing experience across operations, campaigns, events, or demand generation
  • Previous experience as VP, Head, or Director of Demand Generation, Growth, or Revenue Marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • A background that includes multiple marketing disciplines, preferably having grown into demand gen from operations, events, campaigns, or another specialization
  • Proven track record managing integrated campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple channels efficiently
  • Excellent collaborative abilities and communication skills
  • Comfort with fast-paced startup environments and ability to prioritize effectively

Compensation:

  • Salary: $180k - $250k
