Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for designing and executing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and revenue.

What You'll Do:
- Lead strategy and execution for all demand generation initiatives across paid media, SEO, webinars, email, content, and more
- Launch and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine lead scoring, routing, and conversion strategy
- Own the marketing automation stack and lead nurture workflows
- Analyze and report on performance metrics across channels to guide future investment
- Build repeatable systems for campaign planning, testing, and execution
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS
- A track record of building programs that directly drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and performance analytics
- Comfortable owning strategy but not afraid to get into the weeds and execute
- Highly organized, analytical, and eager to operate with autonomy in a small, scrappy team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $130,000-$160,000, plus performance-based bonus
- Hybrid role (2-3 days/week in NYC office)
