Demand Generation Lead NYC (Hybrid) $130K-$160K + Bonus


A venture-backed fintech startup is hiring a Demand Generation Lead to take full ownership of pipeline growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make a measurable impact. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for designing and executing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategy and execution for all demand generation initiatives across paid media, SEO, webinars, email, content, and more
  • Launch and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine lead scoring, routing, and conversion strategy
  • Own the marketing automation stack and lead nurture workflows
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics across channels to guide future investment
  • Build repeatable systems for campaign planning, testing, and execution

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS
  • A track record of building programs that directly drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and performance analytics
  • Comfortable owning strategy but not afraid to get into the weeds and execute
  • Highly organized, analytical, and eager to operate with autonomy in a small, scrappy team

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $130,000-$160,000, plus performance-based bonus
  • Hybrid role (2-3 days/week in NYC office)
