The Program Manager, Digital Product Delivery will support the product delivery roadmap for Delta Vacations' digital platform to deliver tools and technology solutions that enhance brand presence, elevate customer experience, and achieve revenue goals. Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of technical web enhancements and defects, in addition to the evaluation, selection and integration of new technologies for the digital

platform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance efforts for Delta Vacations' digital platform, including errors, story and feature writing, backlog grooming, request intakes, etc. to ensure overall health of digital platform.
  • Responsible for day-to-day communications with developers for digital development-related inquiries, addressing any questions and/or requests that may arise.
  • Responsible for business validation and QA of digital IT developments, ensuring technical deliverables match acceptance criteria.
  • Support analytics requests that monitor web performances (i.e. errors, clicks, etc.) or track engagement for use of a new feature delivered by IT.
  • Support the alignment between broader digital strategy and IT sprint executions.
  • Support the discovery and adoption of digital tools / Marketing Technology solutions (i.e. Adobe product suite, Quantum Metrics), partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and execution across key stakeholders, IT and external vendors.
  • Support ongoing relationships with vendors as needed.
  • Develop materials to present to leadership on strategy, planning and performance of digital platform and initiatives as assigned.
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

TRAVEL

Domestic and international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities.

SALARY RANGE

48,672 - 78,539 annually

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
  • Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Digital/eCommerce, Business
    Consulting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience working directly in digital products and using Agile framework
  • Working knowledge of web development, including UI/UX, APIs, testing, etc.
  • Project management, strategy & operations, or management consulting experience
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills; can interpret digital KPI's including revenue, click through
    rate, traffic, conversion and glean key insights based on data
  • Strong computer literacy skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
  • Experience onboarding and/or enhancing digital tools/technologies preferred
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate business and technical priorities preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of the AEP Adobe product suite (CJA, AJO, RTCDP) and technical components (WebSDK, Adobe Launch Script, Client Data Layer) preferred
  • Understanding of AI landscape & tech (i.e. models/architectures, tokenization, NLP, retrieval augmented generation, enterprise use-cases, etc.) preferred
