Dell Mainframe Architect

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Mainframe Architect for a RIGHT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in uburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX.

Hybrid schedule 2xweekly onsite

Responsibilities :

• Define and maintain the architecture infrastructure roadmap solutions, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

• Provide strategic direction for the adoption of new technologies and innovations within infrastructure.

• Ensure alignment between business needs, technology strategies, and payment processes

• Design end-to-end payment solutions, covering systems such as infrastructure, processors, fraud detection, and settlement systems.

• Drive the design and implementation of APIs and integrations for infrastructure systems.

• Design architectures with robust data protection, encryption, and fraud prevention measures.

• Partner with business leaders to translate payment requirements into technical solutions

• Responsible for reviewing and challenging existing system.

Required Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in an infrastructure related domain.

• Strong experience in solution architecture and system integration.

• Strong in every facet of Mainframe at the system level.

• Experience in Dell Mainframe storage.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices and container storage.
