To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritize outstanding stock processing, stockroom organization, and achieve performance targets. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
- Manage a team to deliver excellent stock processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Take a hands-on approach by working alongside your team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
- Create an inspiring atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
- Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuously improving processes, identifying issues, and solving problems to maintain high standards.
- Strive to ensure our well-presented stock is available to customers promptly.
