As a Delivery Lead, you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Your role involves managing change projects that help the organisation achieve strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage change projects within large and complex organisations.
  2. Develop and manage project plans and budgets, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing change projects in large, complex organisations.
  • Proficiency in developing project plans and budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Additional valued skills include experience in Financial Services, especially Banking (Business/Corporate preferred), developing digital solutions for SMEs and Large Corporates, and meeting external regulatory requirements.

You may be assessed on critical skills such as risk management, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, and job-specific technical expertise.

This role is based in Northampton.

Purpose of the Role

To manage change projects aligned with organisational strategic objectives, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery, compliance, and control.

Accountabilities
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Manage project teams, resources, and skills.
  • Oversee project budgets and report on progress.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Facilitate change management activities to embed changes effectively.
Assistant Vice President Expectations
  • Provide advice on complex issues and support resolution of escalated issues.
  • Mitigate risks and develop policies supporting governance.
  • Manage risks and strengthen controls.
  • Coordinate with other areas to achieve organisational objectives.
