As a Delivery Lead, you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Your role involves managing change projects that help the organisation achieve strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.

- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Additional valued skills include experience in Financial Services, especially Banking (Business/Corporate preferred), developing digital solutions for SMEs and Large Corporates, and meeting external regulatory requirements.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Communicate with stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
- Manage project teams, resources, and skills.
- Oversee project budgets and report on progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate change management activities to embed changes effectively.
