At Sweetwater Propane, we're a faith-based, locally owned company providing dependable propane delivery to homes, farms, and businesses across Southern Pennsylvania and New York's Finger Lakes region. We're committed to integrity, respectful service, and strong community ties-and we're looking for a Delivery Customer Service Representative who shares those values. In this role, you'll assist customers, process orders, and support the service team in handling every customer's experience with care and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Willing to Learn: No prior experience or specific education is required-we provide training.
  • Customer-focused: Communicates, listens well, and delivers helpful, friendly service.
  • Organized & Detailed: Stays on top of tasks, keeps records accurate, and follows through consistently.
  • Team Player: Brings a positive attitude, works hard, and supports team goals.
  • Tech Comfortable: Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
  • Active: Sit, walk, and bend as needed during the workday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet & assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Answer phones, check voicemails, and respond to general propane-related inquiries.
  • Process payments in person, by phone, and through the mail.
  • Prepare delivery tickets and enter accurate data into internal systems.
  • Support the service department with administrative office tasks.
  • Communicate with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized office environment.
  • Work full-time, in-office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with one Saturday morning shift per month (November-March)
