As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant in our Miami office, you'll focus exclusively on sourcing and placing top-tier tech talent across the East Coast US market. This 180 recruitment role allows you to dedicate your time to delivering exceptional candidates without the need for business development. You'll leverage your sourcing expertise to match high-caliber professionals with exciting opportunities in Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Source, engage, and deliver high-quality tech candidates for clients across the East Coast US region.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from initial outreach to candidate placement.
- Partner closely with our East Coast Sales Team to understand client needs and ensure seamless talent delivery.
- Build and nurture a strong network of tech professionals while staying updated on industry trends.
- Drive a world-class candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout the hiring process.
