JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for collaborating with tri-branded Marketing teams, Marketing Analytics, and other business units to support project execution through tactical planning practices. Ensures timely reporting on project status, issues, and risks to relevant management channels.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support cross-channel marketing projects and campaign strategies for the global marketing organization for all three brands (Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises) in collaboration with brand marketing teams, marketing analytics, and all technical teams.
  • Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project(s) plans to monitor and track progress and manage project and monitor progress performance using project management tools such as Jira.
  • Facilitate communication among relevant MarTech Campaign Ops stakeholders to support execution.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to get sign-off on business requirements and support the validation of marketing campaign process enhancements in test and production environments.
  • Support the Marketing Database, Operations, and Analytics teams in validating brand-specific data and business logic required for in scope projects.
  • Plan and facilitate sprint planning meetings.
  • Prepare project and task reporting and conduct status meetings with Marketing Technology/Campaign Ops stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on agile leading practices to team members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the organization and maintenance of documentation related to NCLH marketing campaigns, tools, and processes.
  • Support prioritization and dependency identification related to in- scope projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS


DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree


FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, agile coaching, or delivery leadership roles.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing and deploying initiatives with the ability to make sound, independent decisions and apply logical judgment to ensure timely project completion and effective issue resolution.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Suite, LucidChart, JIRA, and other project management tools.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while setting clear expectations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar preferred.
