Job Description

UP TO $65,000 BASE. MONTHLY BONUSES GUARANTEED FOR 6 MONTHS. $5000 IN OTHER BONUSES.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deli General Manager to join our team in Hardeeville, United States. As the Deli General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-volume deli operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food standards and service
  • Manage and mentor a team of deli staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and boost morale
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Analyze financial reports and perform P&L analysis to optimize operations
  • Create and maintain a customer-focused culture within the deli
  • Resolve customer complaints and address any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications
  • UP TO $65,000 BASE. MONTHLY BONUSES GUARANTEED FOR 6 MONTHS. $5000 IN OTHER BONUSES.
  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice industry
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume retail management with P&L accountability
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective P&L analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
