Defenseready Unit Specialist with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Job Description: The DefenseReady Unit Specialist will provide remote end-user support to other SOF DefenseReady users within the USASOC Enterprise Job Duties Include (but not limited to): Create and update Quick Reference Guides for End-Users Provide training to unit personnel on all aspects of the DefenseReady application Ensure accuracy of data Coordinate with higher and lower echelons to ensure DefenseReady priority of effort in accordance with Command guidance Supplement and assist military and government civilians with data entry in DefenseReady Assist the military and government civilians develop local DefenseReady related standard operating procedures and business practices within units Proactively engage and demonstrate capabilities of DefenseReady On-site incident support Build dashboards as requested by units Maintain lessons learned Manage user permissions Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Thorough understanding of the DefenseReady system from an end-user perspective Administrative experience Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
