Purpose of Role Purpose of DSS Administrator: A DSS Administrator is responsible for the support of Channel partner customers and programs. Effectively resolving opportunities while nurturing relationships and protecting brand credibility.
Key Accountabilities Include • Contribute to customer satisfaction and Yamaha's brand strength
• Support achievement of monthly sales budge, resulting in a positive influence on the corporate bottom
line
• Contribute to Channel Partner retention to maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Support the value of loan procedures and auditing processes with focus on Department
Metrics/Compliance
• Support the reduction of organizational risk by supporting dealer set up and contracts protocol
• Ensure resolution of requests
Primary Responsibilities Include • Process request for adjustment and reporting for administrative programs
• Process Administrative Order Type transactions
• Process dealer set up and maintenance requests while working with internal and external stakeholders
• Process loan management transactions
• Support internal and external stakeholders' inbound calls
Core Functional Competencies • Brand Ambassador - Non marketing: Serve as a representative of the Yamaha brand
• Customer/Dealer Problem Resolution: Gather information towards appropriate solutions
• Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting: Use tools to prepare accurate data and generate reports

systems to perform work
• Product Knowledge - Operations: Possess detailed knowledge of Yamaha's products and services
Qualifications Ideal • Experience with order processing/data entry
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred • Administrative procedure experience
• DocuSign experience
• Salesforce experience
• Experience working within a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• ERP system experience

Compensation- The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00-25.00. Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
