Grand Design RV is currently looking for a Dealer Marketing Manager. As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will be responsible for all shopper marketing activations across the Grand Design RV towable and motorized brands. This role will also work with dealers to maximize lead generation and help consult on augmenting marketing activations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Shopper/dealer/channel marketing activations across all Grand Design RV brands.
  • Bridge communication between sales, marketing, and dealer partners to help drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage all email marketing campaigns for both consumers and dealers
  • Manage dealer focused owned properties such as GDRV4Dealers (New sign ups, Point Programs)
  • Assist with dealer training and sales collateral
  • Develop co-marketing program
  • Develop dealer specific assets for use in website and paid media activations
  • Aimbase lead management and CRM
  • Owner survey and review analysis lead
  • Own best-in-class showroom readiness strategy, assistance, and communication with dealer lots.
  • Dealer marketing training co-lead
  • Comfortable appearing on camera as needed for content or promotional purposes.
  • Lead cross brand collateral initiatives when needed (Ex POP reordering process, construction poster, interior feature poster, etc.) and help maintain vendor relationships.
Event Planning:
  • Lead all event planning for all events related to Grand Design University Motorized and Grand Design University Towables
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, guestlists, invitations, and agendas
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors (catering, merchandise, entertainment, AV etc)
  • Manage event execution including layouts and logistics, setup, teardown, and cleanup
  • Track expenses and manage event budgets.
  • Post-Event evaluation; gathering feedback from attendees and identify areas for improvement
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel and creative design tool
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Physical Demands:
  • Must be flexible to travel, 20% of time including weekends
  • Able to be in a production environment a few hours a week
  • Office sitting and standing environment
  • Minimum 4 days/week in the office
