Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a comprehensive standard product offering that is thoroughly

documented and backed by a strategic pricing framework.

Create and maintain tools for quotations, pricing strategies, marketing data

and product details.

Manage pre and post sales technical support for account engagements as a

Sales team member to win business.

Develop and deliver documentation (e.g. design guides, single line

diagrams, layout drawings, standard BOMs, technical briefs, margin

analysis.

Engage in unique system design support to ensure project wins and proper

system function Qualifications

Support sales team with technical solutions and become a trusted technical

advisor.

Attend industry trade shows and marketing events to support the

improvement and expansion of the company's brand recognition

Liaison and communicate with product team, providing customer feedback

and any applications to meet US regulatory requirements

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor

activities.

Assist in the training and development of the sales team.

Analyze customer specifications and requirements to prepare detailed

quotations.

Provide technical support and clarification to customers regarding product

specifications.

Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and customer inquiries.

Assist in the development of marketing materials and product

documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or

similar technical degree.

5+ years experience with inverters, energy production, design, and/or the

grid connection of Solar PV/ Energy Storage / MicroGrid systems or UPS, DC

/ AC power systems

Candidate must have experience in servicing or engineering power plants,

DC power, inverters, rectifiers, BDFB's, UPS for the telecom, datacenter,

industrial or C&I markets.

Must have a strong understanding of Electrical Engineer, Power System

Engineer, Energy Storage Engineer, Solar Engineer and/or Mechanical

Engineer concepts in association with renewable energy / utility (T) industry

standards

Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills and an ability

to lead/guide engineering initiatives

Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and

all level internally and externally

Self-starter, strong initiative and strong organization skills

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
