A Brief Overview The DC Technical Support Coordinator will provide technical support to the ASICS team at the Byhalia Distribution Center (BDC). This position will work closely with the other analysts at the Byhalia Distribution Center and will be responsible for evaluating operational efficiencies of various technology systems at the BDC. This role will work under general supervision and will report to the I.T. Department Supervisor in Byhalia, MS.
Leadership Responsibilities - This position has not people leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do - Hardware support: Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots distribution center and staff technology assets
- Software support: Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots distribution center and staff applications.
- Provides primary support in ServiceNow for incidents and requests and acts as the liaison for extended support with the Byhalia Distribution Center IT team
- Assist with the setup and support of users and devices in various ERP systems such as SAP, WMS, WCS, Zam's etc.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they have the necessary access and resources.
- Provide support for endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, document/label printers, RF scanners, office phone etc.
- Support the connectivity to business-related software applications, including but not limited to Office 365 and Cisco/WebEx cloud applications.
- Provides continuous learning and support regarding cloud technologies, and security best practices at the distribution center.
- Provides primary network support and connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN, for infrastructure at the Byhalia distribution center.
- Collaborates with other support teams in Boston and Irvine offices.

- Must have working knowledge of Service Now service and asset management environment
- Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
What You'll Need - Associate's Degree (AA) or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- 1-2 years of technical support experience required
- 1-2 years of network and systems experience required
SALARY / PAY RANGE: $47,700 - $52,998
