  • Data Migration: Lead the migration of data and ETL workflows from Teradata to Databricks.
  • Code Conversion: Convert Teradata SQL, stored procedures, and ETL scripts to Databricks-compatible PySpark, SQL, or Databricks DDL.
  • Schema Design: Design and implement Databricks schemas (using Delta Lake, for example) that accommodate the data from Teradata.
  • Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency during the migration process.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize Databricks queries and ETL pipelines for efficient performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the migration process and Databricks environments.
