Temporary Position Name: Database & Reporting Specialist

nticipated Schedule (days/hours):
40 Hours a week AFTER two weeks (16 hours onsite and then Hybrid)
Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Length of assignment - ASAP - End of January 2026

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Salesforce Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Salesforce, including editing records and utilizing the platform's features.

Report & Dashboard Creation: Experienced in building reports and dashboards using Salesforce's Lightning Report Builder, with the ability to select appropriate report types (e.g., Summary, Matrix) and apply filters and groupings.

Chart Integration & Customization: Skilled in adding charts to reports, customizing chart properties (such as chart types, titles, and axis fields), and ensuring meaningful data visualization.

Data Grouping & Summarization: Understands how to group data effectively to create insightful chart representations, crucial for accurate data analysis.
Database Understanding: Possesses a solid grasp of database structures and relationships, facilitating efficient data management and reporting.

cceptable Candidate Profile:
Alternative Reporting Tools: Proficient in creating reports using tools like Microsoft Access, Excel, Power BI, or other similar platforms.

Data Visualization Skills: Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs, understanding the principles of effective data presentation.

Qualifications:
  • ssociate degree in computer science or equivalent experience as outlined in SEMCA's Education in Lieu of Experience policy
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
