Position: Part-Time Database Manager
Location: Forest Hills, NY
Schedule: Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Part-Time Database Manager to support the Adult Education department in managing and analyzing program data. If you have a passion for data accuracy, reporting, and supporting meaningful programs, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage databases related to Adult Education programs, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Enter, update, and validate data across multiple platforms (Salesforce, DYCD Connect, ASISTS).
Generate reports for funders, stakeholders, and program evaluation purposes.
Collaborate with program staff to ensure timely and precise data entry.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Train staff on database usage and data entry best practices.
Ensure compliance with funder and organizational data management policies.
Support program evaluation and analysis through data insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in database management, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, DYCD Connect, and/or ASISTS is highly desirable.
Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and report generation.
Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
