MUST:

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI and eligible/willing to sit for Poly

Experienced Senior Data Science/Data Wrangler Engineer

2-5 years of Professional experience in Data Science

Heavy knowledge and experience with data management, transformation, visualization, analysis, and organization tools and techniques

Experience writing code in Python, R, Scala, JavaScript, C with documentation for reproducibility Strong knowledge and experience of visual programming or object-oriented modeling workflows to automate data acquisition

Any experience with Data Mining, Data cleansing, Data Modeling, Data Science and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)

Ability to manipulate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources is a plus

Knowledge and experience with various search functions within metadata and ability to index and catalog content

Ability to categorize the data and metadata to build the metadata application profile

Able to take the lead on work for Information/Library Science

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Able to work well with a team and individually

Relevant certifications are a plus

Bachelor's Degree or higher is required

DUTIES:

The ideal person will work as a junior associate and a part of team of data engineers, database developers and visualization specialists to analyze large sets of structured data, looking for anomalies and undiscovered correlations

Perform deep dive analysis into data sets and reports to identify problems or suspected issues with data

Ability to categorize the data and metadata in order to build the metadata application profile

Help work between multiple data libraries and create data structures to organize, catalog and create reports between varying data types and sources

Conduct root cause problem analysis

Proactively monitor tasks and help identify issues and provide issue resolution

Able to develop & use exceptionally complex concepts & processes that span multiple organizations and disciplines
