Job Summary

This position manages the collection of data within various reporting databases. Completes weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner. Create new reports as requested. Manage various Microsoft Access databases by making suggestions for improvements and leading the implementation of new functionality. Perform data entry of various patient records. Provide support in completing monthly NRI data files through chart reviews. Manage the flow of policy updates in MCN and provide end user support.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Development and management skills in BI/BA tools, Informatica, Tableau, T-SQL and PL/SQL. Strong communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge and experience in a health care environment.

Preferred Education/Experience

Basic statistical skills preferred.
