Position Description: The Kentucky Manufacturing Extension Partnership (KY-MEP) is seeking a Salesforce Database Analyst II. Database Analyst II will be responsible for the management and compliance of KY-MEP's data management and controls. KY-MEP leverages Salesforce as our data management system. The Analyst will be responsible for implementing data management best practices. This includes strategies for aligning KY-MEP's data and salesforce needs with overarching business strategies, UL's Salesforce coordination, grant reporting responsibilities, development and coordination of KY-MEP's data storage and support of the full KY-MEP team. Position reports to the senior management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Work with the senior management team to align KY-MEP's data needs with KY-MEP strategies and initiatives.
- Strategize, develop, coordinate, and implement processes to maintaining KY-MEP's data management principles.
- Strategize and coordinate KY-MEP reports and dashboards.
- Responsible for strategizing and compliance for aligning KY-MEP's grant reporting requirements.
- Represent KY-MEP as the point of contact for Salesforce, reporting, and dashboard matters.
- Support NIST MEP and UofL initiatives as they relate to KY-MEP operations.
- Support and align duties as deemed appropriate by KY-MP senior management team.
- Periodic instate vehicle travel required.
- Ability to stay overnight as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - 5 years' experience, coordinating Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Demonstrated proficiency developing charts, reports, and dashboards.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Experience working out of a remote office.
- Direct Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) or consultancy leveraging Salesforce experience
- Experience in a non/not-for-profit environment
- Experience within an academic setting
- Experience working with third party contractors.
This position is funded through a grant until 2032 and subject to the availability of funds.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
