Dynamic Catholic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the integrity of our Salesforce data, with a focus on supporting direct mail processes, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing essential data support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Management:

-Update customer data within Salesforce.

-Create and update Salesforce tasks and opportunities for direct mailing projects, Mission Team call campaigns, etc.

-Upload data into the CRM system.Manage purchased mailing lists (e.g., Bishops list).Perform data cleansing on exported lists from Salesforce.

Reporting and Analysis:

-Gather requirements from functional teams, translate those requirements, and identify gaps, working with Systems to resolve them.

-Create, modify, and utilize Salesforce reports based on stakeholder requirements.

-Create and maintain dashboards and reports.Provide data remediation support.

Direct Mail Support:

Manage and send suppression lists to our third party list broker.

-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project requirements and status updates for mailing preparation.

-Use NCOA software to validate and standardize mailing addresses.

-Send final lists to stakeholders for project execution.Handle one-off MT requests and issues related to mailing lists (e.g., list opt-outs).

-Create parent campaigns.

Data Quality and Maintenance:

-Maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy of CRM fields.

-Validate reports and dashboards against stakeholder requirements.

-Clean up invalid records (e.g., leads with invalid emails).

-Validate phone numbers, emails, and addresses using Briteverify.

-Validate Sleeknote to CRM data.

-Check data retrieved by the Parish web scraper against CRM.

Qualifications
    • Proven experience in Salesforce data management and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce data loader and other ETL tools.
    • Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record cleaning and de-duplicating data using Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience with data cleansing and data validation techniques.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of data integrity principles.
    • Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into reports.
Preferred Qulifications
    • Familiarity with NCOA software.
    • Experience with DemandTools and Briteverify.

Location
