Description

As a Data Specialist, you will be an experienced professional specializing in data segmentation, processing, and list management for direct marketing and merge purge campaigns. You will leverage CRM data, work with complex matching logic, and apply business rules to optimize performance. You will be adept at delivering high-quality, on-budget, and on-time results while building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service. You will have a proven record of accomplishment of implementing process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency. You will have a strong technical proficiency with data integration and cleansing tools, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a senior role that will require delivering large-scale process improvement efforts that span across the team and services.

Your Impact:
  • Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction with clients both internal and external to the organization.
  • Accurately record business metrics Time Tracking, Quality, and Billing per established business and team policies.
  • Challenge the status quo for implementing process improvement at an individual level while also recommending improvements at the team level.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners while balancing client satisfaction against strong service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate project status and risks in a timely fashion to leadership and account manager.
  • Ability and willingness to adopt and contribute to change while avoiding change for the sake of change.
  • Balance the needs of the business, clients, and team while applying business acumen to decision-making.
  • Ensure comprehensive, clear, and accurate documentation of assigned work.
  • Identify risk of challenges and conflicts, escalating them to management for remediation.
Your Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and the ability to successfully work with disparate data across multiple sources using multiple tools such as: SSIS, SSMS, and Alteryx.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A strong professional background in segmentation, list pulls, data hygiene, and data processing services.
  • In-depth understanding of donor management, data services, data processing, and analytics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with your peers and management team.
  • A high level of organization and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects while demonstrating the competency to prioritize and meet timelines.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot errors and overcome technical challenges.
  • Provable experience in process improvement and quality control practices and methodologies.
  • Maintain self-awareness in interactions and foster strong relationships, especially during conflicts.
  • Adept at working with changing landscapes and resisting stagnation due to the number of details or challenges.
