Position Description:

As a Data Scientist, you'll work with a curious, proactive, and creative team that's critical to Client's success. Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data
• Experience using SQL to extract, clean, and transform data in large, complex, nested databases
• Experience using programming languages such as Python or R in a cloud platform
• Experience doing research, analysis, data science or solution development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong intellectual curiosity
Skills Preferred:
• Experience in statistical analysis and modeling
• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in at least one area of supply chain operations, such as pricing, procurement, spend forecasting or benchmarking.
• Experience developing and delivering projects in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience Required:
1+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, data scientist or solution developer with one or more of the following analytics tools: R, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, MINITAB, CPLEX, Python, Any Logic, Qlikview, QlikSense, Google Cloud Platform, Hadoop, or SAP OR equivalent college course experience
Experience Preferred:
• 3+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, data scientist or solution developer
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Alteryx, R, SQL, Tableau, MINITAB, CPLEX, Qlikview, QlikSense, Hadoop
• 3+ years of experience in data mining, statistical analysis, modeling, optimization
• 1+ years of experience in GCP Big Query and Vertex AI
• 3+ year ML experience using python
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area
Education Preferred:
Advanced degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area
