Data Scientist with Security Clearance

Job Title: Data Scientist Location: Tampa, FL Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist or Engineer to join our customer's team. They are a Software Company who has built a predictive AI Platform that helps National Security teams and leaders make better decisions. Responsibilities: Identify and source relevant datasets to support solution development
Curate, evaluate, and analyze data to ensure its quality and relevance
Design, develop, and implement quantitative models
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, models, and results through validation and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with the product team to deploy and integrate solutions
Apply a systems-level approach to seamlessly integrate solutions into larger, interconnected projects Qualifications: Active Secret clearance required
A solid academic foundation in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Master's degree or higher is strongly desired. We have multiple openings available.
Extensive academic and industry experience with Python, particularly with data handling libraries like Pandas and PyArrow
Strong expertise in database management systems, with familiarity in MySQL, Oracle, and similar platforms
Proven experience in large-scale data processing and building batch processing pipelines within HPC or cloud environments
Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, GCloud, Azure) is a plus Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
